Getting hate mail in your businees is actually a sign that you're doing something RIGHT. It means you're putting yourself OUT there in the world...And when you do that, some people will resonate with you, and some won't. That's okay.

It's never very fun to get these kind of messages. (They usually throw me for a loop for a day or two. But then they're history.) I'm sharing mine here to help normalize whatever you get. And remember, every time that you say something in an email that makes one person like you less, it's making at LEAST one other person like you MORE.
