A self-guided weekend reset built around a 26-page digital workbook + short companion videos for when your partner is ready to claim more autonomy—but you’re struggling with what that means for you.

Maybe you understand why this matters to them. Maybe part of you even wants to support them.

But that doesn’t make the fear disappear.

What if they fall in love with someone else?

What if I’m not enough?

What if our relationship changes in ways I don’t want?

What if giving them the freedom to be fully themselves means I lose them?

It's okay if you don't want to be poly, if you aren't sure yet, or if you WISH you could be but are having a hard time actually doing it...

This workshop is about giving you space to understand what you’re feeling, what you’re afraid of, how it relates to your past, and what you actually want for the future—so you can start having productive conversations instead of endless processing conversations.

"Wendy's Approach Feels Aligned and Intuitive... It's What I'd Already Believe If I Knew It, But No One's Ever Taught Me."

--Tasia L.

Wendy's Clients Have Appeared in:

What You'll Walk Away With...

  • By The End Of The Weekend…

  • Better language for what you’re actually feeling, afraid of, and what this may be echoing from your past.

  • A clearer picture of what you actually want—not just what you want your partner not to do.

  • Your own non-negotiables, requests, and actions you can take to care for yourself.

  • Questions you actually need your partner to answer.

  • A simple framework for communicating what you discovered so you have something to actually discuss and decide.

  • The goal isn’t to "make you okay with polyamory" by Sunday night.

  • (Inside the workbook I explain why I am so passionate about making sure that NOONE is poly who doesn't want to be.)

  • The goal to help you figure out what you actually think, feel, want, and need from where you are right now so that you can move from processing conversations that go around and around to productive conversations where neither of you has to pretend you want something you don’t.

This Is for You if...

This is a must-have if:

  • Your partner says they feel “wired” to be poly—and you hate feeling like you’re asking them to be less of themselves, but you’re terrified that letting them be fully themselves could mean losing them.

  • Your partner wants more autonomy, but every time the two of you talk about it, the conversation goes south—and part of you would rather stop talking about it altogether.

  • You’re scared that your partner having more freedom could mean being replaced, losing the relationship you have now, or discovering they don’t need you in the same way anymore.

  • You’ve spent hours processing, asking questions, getting reassurance, negotiating, or going around in circles—and somehow you still don’t feel better.

  • You find yourself wanting to monitor what your partner is doing, ask them to slow down, or put limits around their other connections because what’s happening feels too painful or destabilizing.

  • You don’t want someone to convince you that polyamory is “better.” You want space to figure out what you actually want—even if what you want turns out to be different from what your partner wants.

What's Inside...

The digital workbook will be delivered to you as a Google Doc with separate tabs for each section. Over the course of two days you’ll move through:

  • 🪞 Day 1: Me — What am I feeling, afraid of, carrying from my past, compromising, loving, and relying on my partner for?

  • ❤️ Day 2: Them — What has my partner actually said and done versus that was or wasn't supportive of me?

  • ✅ Get Real — What are my non-negotiables, requests, and actions I can take to care for myself?

  • 💬 Tell Them — How do I turn all this processing into something I can actually communicate?

This Goes Beyond Polyamory...

Whether you ultimately choose polyamory, monogamy, or any other relationship model—or realize the two of you want different things—the skills you're practicing here are still yours: separating fear from fact, figuring out what you actually want, identifying your own limits, making clean requests, and deciding what you will do next.

FAQ's - Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to do this over a weekend?

Nope! I designed it and suggest you work through it over 2 days, including a 12–24 hour break to let Day 1 percolate before moving on.

But as I say in the workbook, please do this in whatever way works for your brain and your life.

Do the whole thing at once. Spend 10–15 minutes at a time. Skip around. Answer only the questions that punch you in the gut. There is no prize for completing it “correctly". Just for asking yourself the questions and finding the inner truth.

Is this a physical workbook?

No. But What About Me? is a 26-page digital workbook delivered as an editable Google Doc, so you can type your answers directly into your own private document.

Nothing will be shipped to you.

If I ever do offer a print version, however, you will get a special discount as one of my OG buyers!

Is this going to try to convince me to be poly?

No. In fact, if you work through this and realize "I don't fucking want this," that's important clarity too and I will feel like the workbook has done what I've intended it to.

The goal isn't to convince you that polyamory is better. It's to help you get clearer about what feels right and true for YOU so you can make decisions from that place.

What if I don't know whether I want polyamory?

Perfect. You don't need to know before you start.

The workbook is designed to help you separate what you're afraid of, what has actually happened, what may be coming up from your past, what you genuinely want, and what you're willing—or unwilling—to do going forward.

What if I already know I DON'T want polyamory?

You can still use this.

This workbook will hep you get clearer about why, what you want to do about it, and how you want to communicate it to your partner: your non-negotiables, your requests, what you're willing to try, and what actions you may need to take to care for yourself even if you and your partner ultimately want different things.

Should I do this with my partner?

Definitely not. You need time and space separate from your partner to figure out what feels good and right and true TO YOU. That's why I recommend doing the workbook on your own, rather than turning every answer into something you immediately process with your partner.

This is a chance to figure out what you think and feel first. At the end, there's a "Tell Them" section to help you decide what you actually want to communicate to them.

Do I have to answer every question?

HELL NO.

If you answer one question you've never asked yourself before and discover one new truth, I consider that a win.

Go straight through, skip around, answer the juicy/scary ones, type your answers, dictate them, journal somewhere else, record yourself talking—use it however it works best for you.

What if this brings up a lot of feelings?

It will. This isn't a superficial workbook.

That's also why I encourage you to slow down, take breaks, notice what's happening in your body, and use the regulation tools and support systems you already have available to you rather than trying to process every feeling with your partner immediately.

What will I actually have when I'm done?

A helluva lot more than 26 pages full of thoughts and feelings.

You'll have clearer language for what you're afraid of and what you actually want, you'll have identified your own non-negotiables, the requests you want to make, the questions you want answered, and the actions you can take to care for yourself.

In other words: something to actually discuss to move forward in your next conversation instead of another round of endless processing.

"My conversations with Wendy have really sparked something in me. The values and perspectives she's shared have become some of my core values. She always seems to offer me a perspective that I hadn't seen and it always feels like a relief.

If you have the chance to work with her, just do it!

She's definitely saved my butt and helped me take the edge off my acute heartbreak. There's no one else who has her wisdom, experience and intuition."

-- Tasia C.

“I came in thinking I was an impossible case.

Trauma-riddled, poly-resistant, and constantly on edge in my relationship.

Wendy helped me not only survive, but completely rewire how I show up with my partner. I’ve gone from feeling devastated, dysregulated, and betrayed... to clear, calm, and in command of my own boundaries and needs.

For the first time, I can engage with my partner with love and self-trust.

If you’re willing to do your inner work, she will walk with you every step — even if it feels impossible now.

-- A. McRae
